PRIVACY STATEMENT
What this site does with your data.
Version of 23 September 2026.
Who
zwaluw.app is developed and hosted by PolySynergy (Veldhoven, the Netherlands), in collaboration with Innovine Projects B.V., Schijfstraat 27, 5061 KA Oisterwijk, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 34241173. Innovine receives the demo requests and is responsible for processing the data you send through this site. Questions: caimey@zwaluw.app or +31 72 303 46 00.
The demo form
The form sends your name, company, email address, role and question as an email to Innovine, with a copy to PolySynergy, and you get a confirmation at the address you gave. The email goes through Amazon SES. Files you send along and the request itself are kept for six months in private storage at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt; the download links in the email work for seven days. We use your request to reply and to arrange a demo or pilot, and keep the correspondence as long as we are in contact, and at most two years after that.
Statistics
We want to know how the site is used: which pages, for how long, from what kind of device. For that we use Google Analytics, and it sets a cookie. That only happens after you choose "Accept" in the bar at the bottom. If you choose "Essential only", no cookie is set and no visit is linked to you. We store your choice in your browser so we do not ask every time. You can change it through cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy.
The embedded viewers
The examples on the front page load model, drawing and parts list from app.zwaluw.app. Those viewers set no cookies and do not track you. Our server sees your IP address in the process, as with any web page, and keeps it in technical logs for at most thirty days.
Hosting
This site is served by Amazon Web Services (Amplify) from Frankfurt. AWS keeps technical logs of the requests to the site. The examples and the app run on a server in the Netherlands.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Email caimey@zwaluw.app for that. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If anything changes in what we collect or why, we update this text and the date at the top.
